LAILA’S BEAUTY & LASER BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We are looking forward to seeing you and providing you with a premium quality treatment. Due to the demand of our service we ask that you agree to our terms and conditions when confirming the booking of your appointment.
We ask if you can please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to any appointment. This ensures we have the full duration of your appointment and gives you time if you need to complete any forms prior to your treatment. You will receive a reminder SMS 24 hours before your appointment. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you need to give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, failure to do this will result in a fee of 30% of the treatment. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged a fee of 50% of the treatment. We understand life can happen, so please give us plenty of notice so we can offer your appointment time to other clients.
